摘要(中) 這篇論文主要在討論品質對生產系統的經濟性所產生的影響,這篇論文的內容主要可分成四個部份:首先,我們將品質檢查的概念帶入經濟生產量的模式中,並針對生產線上產品品質的變化提出了三種策略供管理者作為應變的參考。接著,我們針對生產線品質改善的經濟性提出了一個最佳化的數學模型,並且利用一個汽車避震器生產線的實際案例來驗證我們所提出的數學模型。然後,我們考慮一個生產批量及品質改善的數學模型,並且利用一條汽車座椅組裝線的實際例子當作個案研究。最後,我們提出了一個帶有防呆系統的批量生產系統模型,並且利用一條汽車前大樑生產線的實際案例來驗證我們提出的數學模型。我們並且利用汽車避震器生產線的例子來比較這四個數學模型彼此間的差異。整體說來,這篇論文共提出了四個數學模型,並且利用三條生產線的實際案例來驗證這些模型。
摘要(英) This thesis focuses on the discussion of economic of production system with consideration of product quality. The content of this thesis includes four areas. Firstly, we bring the concept of continuous quality inspection into the EPQ model. Three heuristic policies are proposed for the change in product quality. Secondly, we propose an optimal design model for process quality improvement. An automotive shock absorber production line is used to verify our model. Thirdly, we consider a Lot-sizing and Process Quality Improvement model. Fourthly, we propose a model for a production system with poka-yoke and a front drive shaft production line is used as case study. Finally, we use a numerical case to compare the difference between these four models. Generally, this thesis proposes four theoretical models and three practical cases are used to verify these models.
