摘要(中) 近年來採購部門參與新產品開發的議題,隨著策略性採購地位的提昇,而逐漸地受到重視,而採購部門在選擇供應商以及供應商發展活動的議題上,也扮演著一個中介協調溝通的角色。以往在新產品的發展過程中,企業都致力於內部在行銷、製造、設計、研發等功能整合的努力,如今在高度競爭的環境下,已經由內部各個功能的整合而逐漸朝向外部供應商的整合;因此,供應商的角色也由傳統的原物料供應商轉變成為策略性的合作夥伴。
有許多研究提到供應商對於新產品開發在速度、品質、以及成本績效上的貢獻,而採購部門在供應商與新產品研發部門之間扮演著一個重要的溝通及整合角色。因此,要有效率地在技術迅速變遷的競爭環境下,提升供應商在新產品開發上的績效,製造商採購部門參與新產品開發專案是非常重要的。所以本研究亟欲了解技術環境、採購部門參與、供應商選擇標準、供應商發展活動與新產品開發績效之間的關係。運用變異數分析(ANOVA)以及線性結構模式分析(LISREL)來驗證各個假設。
結果顯示,採購部門參與新產品開發的活動,會影響供應商選擇標準以及供應商發展活動,並間接影響新產品開發績效,至於採購部門參與新產品開發的相關活動,對於新產品開發也有所幫助。
