摘要(中)

隨著知識經濟時代的來臨，企業要不斷累積足夠的知識技術，才能夠擁有競爭優勢，而成功的技術移轉成為企業競爭優勢的重要來源之一。本論文研究試圖以廠商技術能力與移轉的技術特性兩構面，來將國內做過技術移轉的廠商分為四大類型，分別是高能力高技術型、高能力低技術型、低能力高技術型、低能力低技術型。本研究的重點是探討此四種類型廠商在做技術移轉過程中，是否要搭配不同互動模式(高互動或低互動)，才能提高技術移轉的績效。
本研究有下列幾點發現：
1. 將國內技術移轉廠商分成四種類型，其互動的程度上會有不同。其中高能力高技術型互動程度是最高的，而低能力低技術型則互動程度最低。
2. 此四種類型，其移轉績效會有不同。廠商可根據本身的技術能力為達到較高的移轉績效來決定要移轉技術的特性高低。其中高能力型廠商選擇高技術比低技術還有績效。
3. 四種類型的技術移轉廠商，在做技術移轉時會有不同的互動模式(高互動或低互動)，廠商會達到較高的績效可選擇適合的互動模式，其中高能力高技術型適合高互動模式，高能力低技術型適合低互動模式，低能力高技術型適合高互動模式，低能力低技術型適合高互動模式。
