摘要(中) 由於社會環境的變遷,企業組織的需要,非正式員工在近年來快速的成長,已經是職場上不可或缺的一環。但是由於非正式員工的來源廣,組成人員複雜,在管理上較難以對症下藥,所以本研究企圖找出在這一個非正式員工的大群體中,是否存在著一些各具特色的次群體,也期望這樣的分群結果,能在管理上有所助益,使管理者能找到一些施力點。
研究對象是以服務業為主,共有110位部分工時工,3位短期契約工和20位派遣人力。分群的變數方面,本研究選取了Schien的職業導向測驗、Meyer和Allen的三成分組織承諾以及工作滿意度和一些其它變數來做群集分析。分群過程採用了華德法和K-means法,共得到了4個群體,分別根據他們的特色,或是和其它群體的差異,為其命名為工作就是工作、工作就是金錢、初生之虎和年輕就是本錢,並分別對這四個群體的特色做描述,以及做了一些管理上可以參考的建議,希望能做為非正式員工分群研究的一個墊腳石,在學術及實務上都有貢獻。
