摘要(中) 關於情緒智力此項議題,過去的文獻中有許多關於情緒智力之於我們生活行為的探討,然而卻甚少有學者研究工作職場中情緒智力究竟帶給工作者什麼樣的影響。因此本研究著眼於職場中情緒智力對於工作壓力之間的關連性,並透過工作壓力了解情緒智力對於工作滿意度與組織承諾之間的關係。
本研究以媒體產業之記者人員為主要研究對象,透過實証分析,發現個體之情緒智力越高者其感受到較低之工作壓力,因而擁有較高之工作滿意度及較高之組織承諾。更發現情緒智力不只透過工作壓力此項變數影響與工作滿意度及組織承諾之間的關聯性;更直接對於工作滿意度及組織承諾有著正向的關聯性。
