Abstract
Shocking by information generation, enterprises were facing market demand changing rapidly. In order to getting competition strengths and increasing the efficiency of information usage, enterprises invest a lot of information budget in ERP system. The project team of ERP implementation is the key success factor. Enterprises think that how to integrate individual department‘s demands, obtain organization staff strengths and form a collaborative project team. If we want to implement ERP system successfully and obtain organization goal performance, we must promote the project team performance. McGrath‘s theoretical system frame investigated team performance and found the team process playing an important function. By collaborative project team, team will attain the sharing goal.
Recent years, enterprises implement teamwork pattern to integrate staff contribution The team leader want to know which leadership model will promote team member collaboration and communication. This study discusses the relation between intellectual stimulation leadership, collaborative project team and organization performance.
We adopt CHINA CREDIT INFORMATION SERVICE, LTD published Top2000-The Largest Corporations in Taiwan which was the only publication in Taiwan that has collected the most comprehensive financial data of the largest corporations and ranked them according to different indicators in order to satisfy different needs. We target at the company which had implemented ERP system as our sample. We adopted correlation analysis, CFA, and LISREL as statistics tools in order to test our assumptions.
The major found of our study as below:
1. Entirely our study frame fit acceptable model fitting indices and obtain statistic support.
2. Intellectual stimulation has positive influence to collaboration and project success. In directive effect, the influence effect between intellective stimulation and project success is larger than between intellective stimulation and collaboration.
3. Project success has direct influence effect to organization performance. Collaboration has indirect influence effect to organization performance. By the empirical study results, the direct effect between project success and organization performance is larger than the indirect effect between collaboration and organization performance.
