摘要(中) 別於以往文獻,本文之貢獻主要同時從廠商間、產業間與國際間外溢管道進行探索,並且以廠商作為研究主體;研究台灣通訊產業廠商同時受此三個外溢效果之影響,藉以獲得廠商生產力之訊息。由於現實社會中各產業會因不同的勞動組合、貿易條件、投資環境、市場結構等產業特質影響其技術水準,因此加入廠商特質的差異,以期能更精確的掌握影響廠商總要素生產力的決定因素。使用一元固定效果模型探究當期外溢效果與前期外溢效果對廠商生產力之影響。其次,利用Heckman selection模型推估影響廠商研發流量之影響因素,藉以獲得外溢效果對於研發支出之影響。最後,本文整合上述兩模型,並修正為外溢效果之間接效果模型。
本文研究結果歸納如下:
對台灣通訊廠商而言,當期總要素生產力不僅會受到當期廠商間、產業間與國際間外溢效果之顯著影響外,由於外溢效果具有遞延性,故前期廠商間、產業間與國際間之外溢效果亦可提升廠商生產力。其中,產業間外溢效果對生產力之衝擊存在負外溢效果。其次,廠商間、產業間與國際間外溢效果均顯著影響廠商研發決策。從邊際效果來看,最重要影響的因素為產業間外溢效果。另外,關於外溢效果究竟是否可能透過研發決策進而影響生產力呢?本文研究結果發現,廠商間與產業間之外溢效果主要可能是透過研發活動傳導,間接影響廠商生產力。故外溢效果對廠商生產力存在之直接效果與間接效果。
