摘要(中) 因此,本研究之目的在於了解影響使用者對科技接受程度的個人認知因素,主要驗證科技接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM),並以TAM為基礎加入學習動機的觀念,建立科技學習的動機模型,並進而探討兩模型在構念上的相關性。本研究所欲探究的議題如下列:
一、 對新科技的「認知有用性」、「認知易用性」,會不會影響使用者的「使用態度」,並進而影響「使用程度」。
二、 五大學習動機信念,會不會影響使用者的「使用態度」,並進而影響「使用程度」。
三、 TAM中「認知易用性」與動機模型中「控制信念」、「自我效能」間的關係。
四、 TAM中「認知有用性」與動機模型中「任務價值」間的關係。
本研究主要發現如下:
1. TAM中各構念間的關係,均符合當初模型之設計。
2. 五大學習動機信念中有關價值的成份(內部目標、外部目標、任務價值)會影響學習者對科技的使用態度。
3. TAM中「認知易用性」與動機信念中的「自我效能」的概念相似,但前者與「控制信念」相似程度不高。
4. TAM中「認知有用性」與動機信念中的「任務價值」的概念相似。
本研究之貢獻:
1. 驗證科技接受模型(TAM),在國內的應用情況
2. 整合個人的動機信念的概念到TAM中,試圖提高科技接受模型的解釋能力。
