摘要(中) 資訊搜尋為決策過程中重要的步驟之一,資訊蒐集的越豐富、準確,處理事情自然能事半功倍。時至今日,隨著網路科技的發展以及使用人口的提升,有太多太多的資訊存在於網際網路上。本研究主要目的在於探討使用者在網際網路上的資訊尋求行為,藉以幫助使用者能更快速、精準的搜尋到想要的資訊
本研究根據文獻整理,探討網路經驗與任務相關專業知識對網路搜尋績效之影響。並且以搜尋任務性質為調節作用,觀察在不同任務性質下網路經驗與專業知識對網路搜尋績效的影響是否有所差異。研究方法以實驗室實驗法模擬在網際網路為背景下資訊尋求的情境,研究發現:
1. 網路經驗對網路搜尋績效有顯著影響。
2. 專業知識對網路搜尋績效有顯著影響。
3. 任務性質調節網路經驗與專業知識對網路搜尋績效的影響:
在封閉式任務當中,網路經驗對網路搜尋績效有顯著影響,
但專業知識對網路搜尋績效沒有顯著影響。
在開放式任務當中,網路經驗對網路搜尋績效有顯著影響,
且專業知識對網路搜尋績效也有顯著影響。
