摘要(中) 近來有許多關於科技人的生活調查指出,科技人的「離婚率」與「不孕率」皆呈現較高的趨勢,雖然科技人擁有較佳的物質條件,但相對地卻也付出生活品質低落的代價,造成了「科技新貴」,但卻是「生活新貧」的奇特現象,這個現象值得同為科技人的資訊從業人員深深警惕,到底工作是為了生活,還是生活是為了工作,如何在工作與生活兩者之間找到平衡,才能有效提升生活品質。
工作上的順利是影響生活滿意的重大因素之一,資訊從業人員所面臨的特殊工作環境異於一般從業人員。對自身工作的興趣與適合性亦是影響工作順利與否的關鍵,雖資訊從業人員可以朝「技術」或「管理」領域發展生涯,但不論朝向哪一個領域,最重要的是要能和個人特質相符。因此在本研究中探討了工作特性、工作壓力、決策風格與工作適配性對工作滿意與生活滿意所造成的影響。
本研究以問卷調查法來進行實徵調查,研究結果發現:
一、工作特性對工作滿意有正向的影響,其中以「自主性」及「回饋性」對資訊從業人員的工作滿意有顯著影響。
二、工作壓力對工作滿意有負向的影響,其中以「技術低度使用」及「角色衝突」對資訊從業人員的工作滿意有顯著影響。
三、決策風格與工作適配性對工作滿意有正向的影響,資訊從業人員的決策風格與工作配適與否對其工作的滿意性有很關鍵的影響,而且實徵調查的資料顯示,資訊從業人員中約有四成的人其決策風格與職務上的需求是不適配的。
四、工作滿意對生活滿意有正向的影響,其中以「待遇滿意」及「成長滿意」對資訊從業人員的生活滿意有顯著影響。此外工作滿意亦扮演完全中介的角色,亦即工作特性、工作壓力、決策風格與工作適配性會透過工作滿意為中介變數,進而對生活滿意產生間接影響效果
