摘要(中) 本研究目的在探討國家資訊社會化的程度對於人民財富與生活滿意的影響,並從文化價值的觀點進行深入的比較研究。近年來,隨著各國對資訊科技的日益重視,加速了資訊社會化的腳步,而各國對於資訊相關基礎建設的重視與國民資訊素養的鼓勵,無非都是為了提升國民的經濟所得與舒適便利的生活。然而,資訊社會化是否真能提高國民物質方面的經濟收入與精神方面的生活滿意,學者間仍存在不同的見解,本研究認為文化價值觀在其中扮演關鍵性的角色,但相關的實證研究仍較為不足。此外,數位落差與貧富不均的現象普遍存在於各地區之間,生活滿意在不同國家也有明顯的差距。
綜合上述,本研究主要從文化價值觀的觀點,針對以下二個議題進行研究:(1)國家的社會資訊化與國民的資訊應用與素養是否能真正達成提高國民財富與生活滿意的目標;(2)確認文化價值觀對於社會資訊化、財富與生活滿意關係之間所扮演的重要角色。以此為基礎,本研究主要透過二階段研究設計(國家與個人兩個層次)進行研究。一方面能由宏觀的角度,經由國家層級來了解各國文化的差異對社會資訊化、財富、與生活滿意之間產生的影響,另一方面為了能夠經由細部觀察價值觀之間的差異,以真正釐清文化價值觀、社會資訊化、經濟以及生活滿意間的關係。
本研究在不同的層次採用不同的資料來源,國家層次以較有公信力的研究中心所蒐集的資料做分析,而個人層次則採用問卷調查法。經由實徵研究結果發現,資訊社會與國家財富之間呈現顯著互相影響的關係,亦即貧富不均與數位落差的現象是互為因果並且落差不斷地擴大。而文化與價值觀則是影響全球各國與台灣個人之間財富與生活滿意差異的重要因素。其中國家社會愈具備個人主義並且社會存在較小的權力距離對於生活滿意都具有正向關係,而具個人主義、較能接受不確定性的事物並且社會間權力不平等的事情較少則對於國家財富提昇都是重要的因素;台灣個人之間,具備個人主義並且認同儒家思想,對於生活滿意的提昇都有幫助,而具備個人主義和認同儒家思想外,愈能接受不確定性的事物對於財富都有正面的影響。
