摘要(中) 從資訊系統導入的學術和實務文獻均認為,專案中的高階主管、使用者、和資訊人員等是專案成功的利害關係人。從這些研究的氈遞中,研究的重點議題從使用者的參與,使用者的涉入、直線部門的領導、使用者與資訊人員的夥伴關係、到使用者負成敗責任的使用者主導權,使用者在專案中的角色愈來愈受到重視。在本研究中,我們是以心理上的使用者專案主導權為探討的重點。首先探討資訊系統導入專案中的使用者主導權概念的形成,進而探討使用者主導權的決定因子,及其對資訊系統導入專案成功的影響。
我們徵詢國內企業曾參與資訊導入專案的關鍵使用者為對象,收集到127份有效問卷。經過文獻整理,以及信度和效度的檢驗,本研究中使用者專案主導權的概念,可以用使用者對資訊系統的瞭解和責任,以及在專案中主觀的影響和控制程度來衡量。研究發現使用者參與、使用者態度、使用者自我效能、資源限制等因素都會衝擊使用者主導權的程度;使用者?與資訊人員間的溝通品質雖不構成顯著的影響因子,卻與使用者主導權,均對資訊系統導入專案的成功有顯著的影響。
