摘要(英) The implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system for companies. A successful ERP system is mostly with a well-managed implementation process. The study is focused on manufacture system from implementation. First, the study summaries critical success factors (CSF) of implementing system from literatures. Then, the practical experiences of user companies, software providers and consultants were collected. This study tries to find out the more importantly implementation CSF for a traditional industry.
This findings reveals:(1) The participate of project members and Education training on employees are two most important factors. It’s different to other researches for ERP implementation with top management support (2) The scrap parameter in BOM could divide into two parts. The settings in the component column which can be improve by better manufacture procedure and skills. The other is setting in the operation column for can’t be improved.
