摘要(中) 本研究透過社會資本的角度,使用個案分析的方法,了解研究者自身在缺乏過去文獻中提及之創業家的特質:自信、理性分析、正面心理的情況下如何能夠創業成功。
除了以針對個案創業家的家庭背景、人格養成、求學、服役經歷以及工作歷程的訪談作為個案分析的資訊來源,也藉由針對社會資本中信任的構面以及正面心理中的工作解釋型態、心理資本以及核心自我評估所開發的問卷進行對個案創業家人格特質進行評估。
經過個案探討與問卷分析,研究發現個案創業家創業成功的因素是以忠誠為社會資本之創業家精神,以創業目標為生涯發展導向。而忠誠包括對與他人關係的重視(忠於人)、自己擁有明確目標(忠於己)以及對事物因果分明、追根究柢的態度(忠於事)。
摘要(英) This research uses the standpoint of social capital to understand how an entrepreneur become successful without characteristics of entrepreneur presented by previous research such as confidence, rational analysis or positive psychology.
Besides interviewing the family background, the development of personality, the process of school learning, serving in the army and working experience of the case entrepreneur. This research uses the questionnaires of trust in social capital, occupational explanatory style, psychological capital and core self-evaluation to evaluate the personality of the case entrepreneur.
The result of this research finds out that the success factors of the case entrepreneur are the entrepreneurship of loyalty, including respect for the relationship with customers, having clear goals, and the attitude that getting to the bottom of an affair.
