摘要(中) 近年來,青年的失業已經成為全球的普遍的現象,台灣在2013年的青年失業率與總體失業率的比值超過3.1倍,比其他的國家更為嚴重,主要肇因是教育體系與學用落差所造成的失業問題。解決青年學用落差的問題,需要民間的企業一起投入資源和力量,透過產學合作讓青年學習就業市場所需的能力,故產學合作的成效就變得非常重要。
為提升學生的就業力,政府越來越關注企業實習的議題。企業實習是一個培養實習生就業能力的方法,除了能縮短學生學用的落差的問題,還能幫助他們在實習的過程中找到自己的職涯目標,然而有整體實習制度的規劃與目標,可以讓他們更快地適應職場的環境。
本研究以中央大學人力資源管理研究所與企業管理研究所的校友為研究對象,因為人資所有完整的暑期實習制度,企管所則用作控制組,並以發放問卷的方式分析企業實習與實習成效的關係。
透過迴歸分析回收問卷發現:1.不同的企業實習制度對學生的工作與合作的態度有顯著的差異;2.不同的企業實習制度對學生的職業規劃與學習的能力有顯著的差異;3.不同的企業實習制度對學生的專業知識運用的能力有顯著的差異。因此不同的企業實習制度對企業實習的成效有顯著的影響。政府,學校與企業在設開開計實習方實案時應建立有酬,有評鑑,有學分,並有完整的學習計劃,以便企業實習制度能充份發揮提升實習生就業能力的效果。

摘要(英) In recent years, youth unemployment has been worsened to such a degree that it becomes a worldwide concern. In 2013, the ratio between the unemployment rate of youth and the overall unemployment rate in Taiwan is 3.1, higher than many other countries, which is caused by the mismatch between school curriculums and the actual practices in the labor market. It is important to bridging these gaps so that the youth unemployment rates can be reduced. One of the effective ways to close these gaps is for students to participate in internship programs.
In order to achieve this goal, Taiwan government has been promoting business internships, because it is a good way to raise students’ employability. Internships it not only provides students with opportunities to apply their knowledge in real world but also help them to find their career goals during their internship. By setting career goal and planning for their intern programs, they assist students to transfer smoothly from school to work.
The subjects of this study are alumni from the Graduate Institute of Human Resource Management and Department of Business Administration at National Central University. We sent out questionnaires to all alumni of the above two programs.
Based on the returned questionnaires we found: 1. Business internship programs have significant impact on graduates’ cooperation skills and job attitudes; 2. Business internship programs have significant impact on graduates’ career planning and learning abilities; 3.Business internship programs have significant impact on graduates’ abilities to apply professional knowledge to their jobs. In short, different business internship programs will have different impact on interns’ employability and therefore government, schools and businesses should carefully plan their internship programs so that interns are able to transfer smoothly from school to work as they completed their study at school.
