This thesis is to use a foot-sport device to equip relevant mechanism and circuits so that functions of rehabilitation aids. This system can be divided into three parts: a permanent magnet synchronous motor / generator switching control, the permanent magnet and electromagnetic resistance control. When the system is switched to the motor mode, using field-oriented control of PMSM with fixed speed rotation mechanism drive the patient for rehabilitation; When you switch to the generator mode, the patient may rotate mechanism to drive generator operation, the use of three-phase rectifier for switching DC voltage control, a stable output voltage can charge the battery . Simultaneously, if higher strength rehabilitation what you want, the both magnet can be adjusted its electromagnetic field, rotating flywheel will cut the closure of the magnetic field lines, generating an eddy current resistant force. This rehabilitation system is based on microprocessor (DSP, TMS320F28335) for the control of core operations, and with a PMSM control module(TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT) developed by Texas Instruments, in order to improve system stability and reliability. |
