摘要(中) 科技的快速進步帶動電子產品的大量生產,在產品生命週期縮短也同時產生電子產品廢棄物過多的問題,過多的廢棄物引發環境保護及浪費成本等問題,逆物流的回收效益顯得更為重要,完善規劃生產整體流程的作業系統,如何利用回收廢棄的產品轉換成有效的物料,減少部分的製造成本,但同時考量增加回收及檢測成本。
本研究針對自動控制產品之生產工廠為研究對象,利用過去的維修數據所建立維修訂單,在研究中考慮如何處理維修產品且如何使產品保固達到效益,利用不同的維修處理、加工、庫存的方式,使產品並不會因為直接報廢而造成過多的浪費,當維修情況發生時也讓回收訂單得到最佳的配置,其中利用線性規劃模型決定回收方式,並以最小成本為目標,選擇計算回收訂單進行處理、加工、未處理處罰成本總加,利用產能及存貨進行數量的限制,之後利用不同限制數值分析了解此建構訂單數據的最佳解資訊,並使用較佳的限制數值為四與存貨限制為十情境,以及利用情境分析延長保固選擇4年為最佳利益,及減少維修數量10%得到對佳獲利策略。
摘要(英) High technology produce the electronic products sooner. Products’ life cycle become shorter and come over more wasted problems. In this situation, reverse logistic becomes an important part in supply chain. How to let recycling useful in cost and time aspects becomes a valuable question. Automatic control electronic devices are the stable embedded system products. Because of the products have long life cycle and the materials are high level stable, products can be valuable in recycling.
This thesis researches the repair policy of automatic control electronic devices, and uses linear programming model to develop the minimize cost in consideration of repair cost, inventory cost and additional working cost. The recycling constrains are including repair capacity and inventory capacity. Furthermore, the thesis also analyzes the warranty cost from each used year. For the best decision in scenario analysis 1 is extended the four years warranty. And for the best decision in scenario analysis 2 is to reduce 10 percentages. Both analyses can get the highest profit.
