摘要(英) Supply chain management plays an important role in creating competitive advantage; hence, supplier performance evaluation of supply chain management has always been an important issue. Companies’ purchasing department must regularly evaluate supplier performance to expect suppliers to achieve business goals. Therefore, how to effectively enhance supply chain performance (SCP) and sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) is receiving increasing attention. For the electronics industry, due to the complex nature of its supply chain, knowledge of attributes that are critical for SCP is imperative. However, a complete set of relevant attributes has not been identified in the literature and there has been no thorough examination of the interrelationships among these attributes. Traditionally, the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory method does not address a hierarchical structure and involves incomplete information within its analytical method. However, the grey theory compensates for incomplete information. The purpose of this study is therefore to identify the interrelationships among attributes and hierarchal structure under conditions of uncertainty by employing fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory methods. The SSCM results show that information technology (IT) and collaboration should be prioritized in order to enhance SCP. This study indicates that firms in the electronics industry should consider upgrading and integrating IT in their practice, encourage collaboration, including in operational activities, develop new markets and be responsive to their customers. The results present the recycle/reuse/reduce option as a tool to increase the material savings percentage, which is the top criterion for supplier selection. With the achieved rsults, this study contributes to supply chain literature by the exploring of decisive attributes by providing the hierarchical analytical method as a strong basis for future academic and practitioner research.
