摘要(英) With the progress of media and mobile technology, it forwards many varied fields to a higher level. Education, for example, it is no longer to convey knowledge in words. With the support of media technology, it becomes more attractive and interesting for instruction, and make students become enthusiastic and motivated. For informal-learning, students are not only acquired knowledge from teachers, but also take initiative in learning. Active learning is the necessary skill for students in the information flourished era. As distinct from twenty years ago, there are more and more learning resources and learning is no longer restricted with time and space by the mobile technology. Students can have self-learning that decide what they want to acquire and the study plan, or have answer whenever they ask. This kind of self-learning that can be anytime and everywhere is the effective and convenient way to develop not only competence but lifelong learning for teenagers as well as adults in the 21st century.
In this thesis, we propose a learning service for teenagers. With group messaging sharing and secure media streaming, our intention is to support teenagers’ learning for informal learning. According to investigation, teenagers are willing to share their life to social media. Thus, we design a mobile sharing platform for students, teachers and parents, contributing to letting teachers convey information easily, students be willing

to ask questions, and parents keep updated about children study progress. For secure media streaming, we design a streaming box having Wi-Fi sharing function. Students can access the media via the streaming box using their mobile devices. It increases the effect for teenagers self-learning.
