摘要(中) 本論文利用中溫水熱法合成以1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate (C8H10O4, CHDC)作為配位基,含有不同莫耳比例釔鋱之R2(CHDC)3配位聚合物晶體(R= Y, Tb)。合成後的晶體以粉末X光繞射(powder X-ray diffraction, PXRD)確認晶體的晶相與純度。本論文量測了一系列不同比例鋱之配位聚合物的光致放光光譜(photoluminescence spectra)、時間解析光譜(time-resolved spectra)以及激發光譜(excitation spectra),利用上述這些光譜技術來分析YxTb2-x(CHDC)3與Tb2(CHDC)3樣品,發現這些樣品當中並不存在濃度淬熄效應(concentration quenching);同時量測與Tb3+有關的物質之光致放光光譜與時間解析光譜,進而推測造成YxTb2-x(CHDC)3與Tb2(CHDC)3樣品差異性的可能來源。此外,也探討YxTb2-x(CHDC)3樣品在不同激發波長下有不同Tb3+放光衰退行為的可能原因。
摘要(英) Mid-temperature hydrothermal method was adopted to synthesize the coordination polymers with 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate (C8H10O4, CHDC) ligands and different compositions of Y3+ and Tb3+ as the coordination center. These compounds were analyzed by powder X-ray diffraction to confirm their structure and purity. The photoluminescence, excitation, and time-resolved spectra of these compounds such Tb2(CHDC)3 and YxTb2-x(CHDC)3 were recorded and the emission decay curves of Tb3+ in these compounds were analyzed. The results show no concentration quenching phenomenon in these compounds, but there exist profound differences between Tb2(CHDC)3 and YxTb2-x(CHDC)3. Furthermore, different excitation wavelengths also exhibit different emission decay rates. Possible factors for explaining these differences were investigated.
