隨著雲端技術的興起與大數據的年代來臨，帶動伺服器產業的發展，雲端運算服務在企業上的應用也越來越廣泛，除了大家共用的公有雲服務，如：Google、O365等。在企業內部也紛紛將系統與服務，建置在自己的公司內部的私有雲，如：虛擬環境。因應企業內部有限的資源分配與成本考量，這些雲端運算技術的發展，也成功縮減系統建置的硬體費用與軟體授權費用，讓企業可以有更多的資源和經費以提高營運績效，更可進一步整合企業營運系統，提升企業對外的競爭力和獲利。
本研究探討個案公司在導入資料庫虛擬化的原因、過程與結果，研究發現，硬體成本、軟體授權費用、企業文化綠能經營、機房維護成本、空調電力經費等，都是啟動個案公司轉向虛擬環境和雲端系統的重要因素。
本研究以文獻資料探討及參與個案的方式，收集並深入研究個案公司在導入資料庫虛擬化遇到的問題與因應的方式，研究統整歸納後發現，並不是所有資料庫系統都適合此虛擬化策略，其中必須考慮的要點在於系統的效能與追蹤問題所需的時間，本項發現將可作為日後個案公司或相關系統進行資料庫虛擬化轉換的依據與參考。 |

With the rise of cloud technology and the coming of the big data era, the server industry is therefore developed and the cloud computing service has also become increasingly broad in the enterprise application. Besides the shared public cloud service such as Google and O365, the enterprises also establish the system and service on the internal private cloud such as virtual environment. In response to the limited resource distribution and cost consideration in the enterprise, the development of the cloud computing technology also successfully cuts the hardware expense and software authorization fee so that the enterprises can have more resources and budgets to increase the operating performance and further integrate the corporate management system to upgrade the competitiveness and profits of the enterprises.
This study discusses the cause, process, and result of the case company in its introducing the database virtualization, research findings, software cost, software authorization fee, corporate culture and green energy management, engine room maintenance cost, and electricity budget of air conditioning, all of which are the important factors triggering the transformation of the case company into virtual environment and cloud system.
Through literature review and the involvement in the case, the study collects and conducts the in-depth research on the problems and responses of the case company may encounter in introducing database virtualization. The organization and the conclusion of the study have indicated that not all database systems suit the strategies of virtualization. The key points to be considered lie in the efficiency of the system and the time for tracking the problems. This finding can serve as the basis and reference for the case company or the related systems in conducting the transformation of the database virtualization in the future.
