摘要(英) This study aims to explore the relationships among employees’ core self-evaluation, stress, positive affect, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and withdrawal behavior. It is found that employees’ core self-evaluation is negatively related to stress and positively related to positive affect. Stress is negatively related to both job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. On the other hand, stress is positively related to withdrawal behavior. In addition, positive affect is positively related to job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, while it is negatively related to withdrawal behavior. Based on the aforementioned findings, managerial implications and recommendation for future research are thus discussed.
