自全球化的時代起，勞動所得份額便有下降的趨勢，加入世界貿易組織後中國也面臨著相同的問題，全球化是否為中國勞動所得份額下降的主要因素?內陸地區與沿海地區地理位置的不同，全球化對勞動所得份額的衝擊是否有差異?
本論文使用中國統計年鑑1998年至2017年30個省份(排除西藏)的縱橫資料進行實證分析，結果發現加入世界貿易組織後，進出口貿易對勞動所得份額有負向顯著的影響，而中國技術進步有資本累積的傾向，漸漸地資本替代勞工的情況增加，使勞工獲得的報酬也隨之下降；區隔相關性高的變數後，研究開發帶來的技術進步對勞動所得份額的影響為負向顯著。進出口貿易對內陸地區與沿海地區勞動所得份額都有負向顯著影響，當中外人直接投資僅對沿海地區有負向顯著的影響，內陸地區面對全球化帶來的技術進步與資本衝擊較大，揭示著中國區域經濟發展不均的問題。

摘要(英)

Under the circumstance of globalization, labor income share was seen a decreasing trend in many countries. China also experienced the same development in the labor income share after joining the World Trade Organization (WTO). Is globalization the main cause of the decreasing labor income share in China? Whether the determinants of labor income share vary between inland and coastal region?
Using a provincial-level panel dataset of 30 provinces (excluding Tibet ) from 1998 to 2017 in China to conduct empirical estimations, the results show that export and import have significantly negative impact on labor income share in the post-WTO period. China’s technological progress has a tendency to capital accumulation, and gradually the growth of capital labor ratio has also led the compensation of workers decreased. After distinguishing high correlation variables, the impact of technological progress brought by research and development on labor income share is significantly negative. Imports and exports have negative impacts on labor income share in both inland region and coastal region. Foreign direct investment exhibits a significantly negative influence in coastal region, and inland region faces greater technological progress and capital shocks brought by globalization, revealing the problem of regional economic development inequality in China.
