The global situation is changing rapidly. The cooperation between enterprises and the mutual competition between the same industries make the sustainable development of enterprises have to maintain a high level of competitiveness and adjust quickly in response to the changes in the external environment. The impact on the improvement of supply chain management, manufacturer′s effectiveness and effectiveness improvement are mainly discussed in the related research of supply chain management. The planning of supply chain management and chain management is derived from the enterprise′s management layout strategy to meet the forecast of external environmental change direction Supply chain management is also a strategy and technology that many enterprises attach importance to. An optimized supply chain management can maximize the operating benefit to enterprises.
Major changes in political factors and the rare global epidemic in human history have been hit enterprises in the last five years. This study will use case analysis to discuss the problems encountered by the company in the supply chain under the influence of these factors in recent years, like single supply chain problem, too long supply chain system, the strong shock on the existing industrial solutions introduced by the revolutionary technology platform update, etc. These are the problems that the case company needs to face in the real environment, and the corresponding strategies and methods for related problems. This part includes the construction of two new production bases, and describes the background of the time and space behind the construction base, the principles of site selection evaluation, the configuration of production lines, and the future role of the base in the Group′s supply chain. The raw material supplier supply line is adjusted to supply the goods nearby in order to reduce the negative effect of ground condition factor and the transportation time and cost. It is used to reduce the risk of suppliers. And to sum up these corresponding ways, one can rethink in a general scope when the benefit is not ideal or facing failures.
Finally, in sorting out the results of individual case research and analysis, the benefits of these changes include: (1) recognized by existing customers, thus increasing the number of contract products (2) annual financial statements EPS significantly improved. The methods and experiences of individual companies in responding to environmental changes are also applicable to other industries. From the past academic theory, these academic models can still be used to describe the current events. However, due to the limitations of the study, there are still many shortcomings in this study. It is suggested that the development direction of optical communication industry should be followed up continuously, and consistently focus on the case companies to track if their subsequent operating benefit is improving steadily. |
