摘要
本論文運用服務導向技術來發展巨災風險管理系統,考量天然巨災,如地震、土石流等風險之特性與來源,整合地理資訊系統,來分析地理資訊,並透過服務包覆與服務組合技術以整合地震危害分析、地震潛勢分析、地址地理資訊和生活機能等服務。本系統將依不同領域使用者之需求,如房屋仲介業者、保險業者等專業使用者以及個人使用者等,調適出不同的複合式服務,協助使用者進行有效之風險管理與評估。
本論文同時藉由此系統提出一個效能模型,作為此系統效能測試與調校的準則,透過此效能模型來驗證系統調校前後的效能。提供給類似架構的系統作為參考。 |

In this thesis, we develop a catastrophe risk management system, namely Taiwan Risk Management System (TRM System), based on service-oriented technologies to analyze the characteristics and sources of risk of natural catastrophes, such like earthquake and landslides. Through service wrapping and service composition technologies, the geographic information of one area can be analyzed by integrating different geographic information services, including Earthquake Danger Degree Service, Earthquake Analysis, Geography Service and Point of Interest Service for the given address. Furthermore, TRM System can adjust the composed services to manage and estimate the risks more efficiently based on the needs of general users or experts, e.g. house agents or house agents, from different domains.
We also propose a performance model for the TRM to represent the criteria of system performance testing and tuning. Through this performance model, we can verify and validate the system performance before and after tuning. These criteria will be significant references for other similar systems |
