摘要(中) 隨著線上教育的普及,討論區在教育平台系統中扮演重要的角色。隨著 AI 時代的 來臨,智慧型討論區將成為未來的趨勢。本研究設計了一個結合 AI 對話機器人的智慧 型線上討論區,將 AI 對話機器人整合到討論區中,機器人能夠參與真人對話,適時回 答問題、提供技術解答,甚至協助撰寫程式。在系統設計方面,我們採用 MIAT 方法論, 將複雜的系統拆分更小、簡單的子系統,然後進行整合。這樣的架構使我們能夠快速理 解系統的核心功能和模組間的關係,同時保持每個功能模組的獨立性。這樣的設計使得 智慧型線上討論區系統維護更加容易,並且不會影響到其他功能模組的運行。應用 MIAT 方法論不僅提高了系統開發的效率,而且結合 AI 對話機器人的智慧型討論區大幅擴增 了線上教學討論區的應用範圍和功效。
摘要(英) As online education continues to gain papularity, discussion forums have become integral components of educational platform system. With the advent of the AI era, intelligent discussion forums are poised to become a prominent trend. In this research, we design an intelligent online discussion forum that integrates AI chatbot. The chatbot actively participate in conversations with real users, providing timely answers to questions, offering technical solutions, and even assisting with programming tasks. For system design, we adopted the MIAT methodology, which divides the complex system into smaller and simpler subsystems and then integrating them. This architectural approach enables us to easily comprehend the core functionalities of the system and the relationships between modules, while maintaining the independence of each functional module. This design enhances the maintainability of the intelligent online discussion forum system without affecting the operation of other modules. By applying the MIAT methodology, we not only improve system development efficiency, but also significantly expand the application scope and effectiveness of online educational discussion forums by incorporationg AI chatbot.
