摘要(中) 在軟體開發流程裡,專案計劃(project plan)扮演著不可或缺的角色,專案計劃不僅可以幫助專案開發人員訂定專案範圍(scope)、預估費用成本(cost and effort)以及時程(schedule),更可以在專案執行時協助專案監控與控制(project monitor and control)。而軟體開發專案的開發可以參考組織流程(organizational process),由於組織流程中整合了組織文化(organizational culture),參考組織文化來開發專案可以避免同樣的錯誤不斷發生,因此參考組織流程能讓各軟體開發專案得到較穩定的流程效能。
本研究提供專案計劃導入組織流程之方法並實作流程與專案轉換系統,整合了組織流程與專案計劃之雙向轉換:
? Process2WBS
專案管理員可以透過此轉換功能導入組織流程,並根據分工結構圖類型(WBS Type)產生分工結構圖。
? WBS2Process
專案管理員可以透過此轉換功能將分工結構圖轉換成可執行的專案定義流程(Project Defined Process),即XPDL檔案。
摘要(英) In the software development process, the primary uses of the project plan are not only to document approved scope, cost, effort and schedule, but also guide both project monitor and control when project execution. In order to gain more stable process performance and to benefit organizational cultures, the organizational process can be utilized when build a project plan. Organizational processes enable consistent process performance across the organization and provide a basis for cumulative, long-term benefits to the organization.
This research propose a methodology to transform the organizational process to project plan (WBS) and transform the project plan to executable process(XPDL). The PPTS (Process and Project Transformation System) is also implemented to assist project managers in developing project plan and project defined process. The primary functionalities of the PPTS are list below:

The project manager can import organizational process and transform to WBS based on the WBS type.
? WBS2Process
The project manager can transform the WBS to executable process (XPDL).
