目前台灣地區的建築物現況來說,建築物本身型式大多數還是以鋼筋混凝土結構居多,而鋼筋混凝土結構本身就易受各類自然環境的影響,再加上台灣又地處於環太平洋地震帶上,地震和颱風屢見不鮮、頻率甚繁,因此對於建築物也就容易造成損害。也因為這些種種的因素,使得某些建築物的結構老劣化情況相當嚴重,造成其建築物本身的安全性受到危害,更有許多較早期的建築物因為年代久遠再加上違法的加蓋,導致建築物的承載能力早已超出當初所設計之外,這樣的建築物其整體的安全性值得堪慮。 為了此一目的,我們將以建築物安全性之評估程序來對台灣現有建築物作一套完整、快速的評估,並針對台灣地質條件與其差異性將其由美國土木工程安全協會(ASCE)所發行之建築物耐震評估表格加以修改以便更加適合台灣應用。期望以最少的分析去做最快速的建築物檢核。使用者可以藉由這個規範來檢核所關心之建築物有無立即危害生命安全之可能或潛在之危險,以便讓建物使用人能夠明確的知道自己所居住的結構是否存在著危險性。並由對建築物做一細列的檢查動作,也能讓使用人能夠更安心的居住。 In Taiwan nowadays, most of the buildings are the structure of reinforced concrete, which is easy to be influenced by every kind of climate. Furthermore, Taiwan is on the location of the Pacific seismic belt, so the natural disasters of earthquake and typhoon will hence happen frequently and damage the buildings. Resulting from these reasons, some structure of the buildings deteriorate seriously and threaten the safety of the buildings; and further, many old buildings because of their old age and illegal building make its weight bearing ability more over the one it can bear. The security of this kind of building is worth to be worried. For this reason, we will make a complete and efficient estimation with the estimation process of the building security for the buildings in Taiwan, and also we will according to the geology condition and difference in Taiwan re-edit “the building seismic estimation form” published by the ASCE adapting to Taiwan. We expect to make the most efficient building estimation with the least analysis. The users can examine the building whether it implies the possibility of instant danger to life or potential danger, then they can definitely know whether the structure of their building implies danger or not. A series of examination to the building can make the users live with much ease.
