本研究針對潛盾隧道開挖時所使用之冰凍工法,進行熱傳導的數值模擬分析,模擬的案例為國立雲林科技大學校址內進行的冰凍開挖試驗,依照試驗現地狀況建立有限元素數值模型,並透過溫度邊界條件的設定,模擬冰凍管的冷凍作用,並考量土壤密度、熱傳導係數、比熱、潛熱等材料參數之設定,以有限元素軟體ABAQUS進行數值模擬分析。模擬之結果與現地測溫資料比較,以探討模擬之成效;另外分別藉由調整溫度邊界條件、冰凍管數目,探討冰凍管冷凍能力及冰凍管間距對凍土發展之影響。 A thermal conductivity study of freezing method for tunnel constructions is analyzed in this paper using finite element simulations. The numerical analysis is performed by using ABAQUS, which considers temperature boundary conditions, density of soil, thermo conductivity of soil, specific heat of soil, and latent heat of soil. The applicability of the simulation results is evaluated by comparing with the on-site observation of the ground freezing test carried out in National Yunlin University of Science and Technology. Further, influence factors on the freezing behavior are studied by adjusting the strength of freezing and the number of freezing pipes.
