    摘要: 本文主要是根據ATC-40所提出的容量震譜法來進行國內老舊混凝土建築物之耐震評估,再針對耐震性能不足之老舊建築物進行補強。採用容量震譜法評估老舊混凝土建築物時,是以ETABS程式進行推垮分析來獲得建築物詳細耐震能力與待補強之資料,而補強方法則分別採用下列兩種方法:1)國內工程界慣用之鋼板包覆配合剪力牆的補強方法,和2)以增效式阻尼器補強之方法,最後並比較兩種方法補強後之建物耐震能力提升效果。分析結果顯示,增效式阻尼裝置在進行老舊建築物補強對建築物耐震能力有較為明顯的改善,且較容易施工。 Following the procedure of capacity spectrum method proposed in ATC-40, the assessment of seismic capability of old RC buildings using ETABS program is studied first in this research. According to the assessment results, two retrofit techniques are then respectively adopted to strengthen the seismic capacity of the old RC buildings. The first retrofit technique that is commonly used in engineering practice currently is using external steel jackets to increase the strength and stiffness of columns and beams and using shear walls to increase the lateral stiffness of the system. The other retrofit technique studied in this research is using the efficiency-enhanced added damping and stiffness devices to increase the stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of the structural systems. The efficiency of the two retrofit techniques in increasing the seismic capacity of the old RC buildings is compared. It is shown that not only the seismic performance of the retrofitted buildings by applying the second retrofit technique is better than that of the first one but the construction technique is easier.
