    Abstract: 鋪面生命週期包含規劃、設計、施工、維護四大主要階段,各階段資訊互有關係且複雜,並與使用功能息息相關。目前鋪面發展之相關系統,以鋪面養護管理為主軸,針對鋪面維護相關的決策資訊與有限維護經費下做適當的運用,對於鋪面新工法生命週期完整資料的保存與建檔尚為缺乏,進而影響鋪面最佳設計與養護時機,影響鋪面使用年限。 本文以發展透水性鋪面諮詢系統為主題,利用專家問卷的方式,擷取專家經驗與看法,架構透水性鋪面專家諮詢系統。系統內容包括規劃調查、鋪面設計、材料與施工檢驗、鋪面維護與歷史資料庫。本系統還可對不同施工方式、材料使用進行工程成本的計算,以作為資源分配之依據。此外,以往鋪面軟體的開發僅以單機版為限,本系統以網路版的架設方式,透過網路資訊的互流,整合透水性鋪面工程案例與專家經驗,可做為未來透水性鋪面的設置與相關研究之參考依據。 Pavement life-cycle includes four major stages: plan, design, construction and maintenance. The information of each stage is closely intertwined together and also related to various functions of the pavement. So far, the relative systems about pavement development are centered on the maintenance, offering the strategic information to make the most appropriate use of limited budget. However, the filing of new pavement method and complete collection of related information are not highly noticed. Due to such ignorance, decision makers will fail to make the best design of pavement, to determine the timing of maintenance, and to estimate its service life. This thesis concentrates the theme on permeable pavement acquisition system. Through expert-questionnaire, such a system, containing experiences and opinions of different specialists, will be established. The system covers scheme of paper work, design, materials, examination, maintenance, and a databank of previous information. According to different construction methods and materials, it helps to calculate the cost of a project, and the result will be a reference to making a distribution of resources. In the past, users could only apply the software in certain computers. But this system is designed for web users who can share the information provided by this software on the internet. Through the communication of internet, collection of project examples, and accumulation of expert experiences, engineers are capable of doing more relative researches or permeable pavement construction based on this enlarging database.
