Abstract:	基於權變理論探討習於以外部取得技術的台灣產業與技術合作夥伴間的關係之整體性研究，並由此探討其對於企業技術發展策略及競爭力之影響。 Firms in Taiwan obtain technology by external resources often. This study would take a contingency perspective to probe into the relationship between firm and its technical partner,and the effect on develop strategy&cpmpetency.
