    Title: 海洋放流管之敏感度分析與最佳化設計;Sensitivity Analysis and Optimalization of Multiport Diffuser

    Abstract: 本研究採用能量法計算多孔放流管內部的流速和排放流量之分佈,並利用敏感度分析分別探討長、短豎管放流管各參數所造成的影響。探討的狀況包括等管徑及非等管徑放流管,分析的參數包括有擴散管長度、擴散管管徑、豎管管徑、豎管數目及排放口直徑,提出較佳之擴散管管徑變化率、豎管間距與非等管徑各段長度的建議值。研究結果顯示:大型的海放管設計中,非等管徑均優於等管徑之設計方式;而非等管徑放流管中,放流管末端較短而前端較長的長度配置下,會有較佳之流量均勻性、較低之加壓水頭及較少之不合流速限制段數。除此之外,本研究還利用遺傳演算法搜尋最佳之參數組合,並比較不同的適合度函數,以瞭解適合度函數對優化結果的影響,以提出適用於海洋放流管問題之適合度函數。若依照本研究所提出的優化設計建議,不僅可維持海洋污水稀釋率標準,亦可大幅降低海洋放流管的興建成本和操作成本。本研究針對不同形式之適合度函數進行深入的探討,以求取海洋放流管之最佳設計組合,以作為決策者參考之依據。 In this study, a computation model for the internal hydraulic of multiport diffuser is developed. This model can simulate the flow rate and velocity distribution inside the diffuser pipe with non-uniform diameters and long risers. The results of sensitivity analysis show that pumping head increases as the number of risers, port diameter and diffuser diameter decrease. In addition, diffuser with non-uniform diameter has better performance (lower pumping head) than the uniform diameter diffuser. Furthermore, this computation model is integrated with the genetic algorithm, to find out the optimal combination of discharge parameters, such as diffuser length, diameters of diffuser and port, and number of risers. Results of several different fitness functions are compared to determine its influence and the optimal fitness function.
