    摘要: 近年來都市快速發展,許多公共設施如下水道、大眾捷運系統與給水幹管等,為避開人口稠密與交通繁忙之區域。紛紛採用對環境衝擊最少、維持原有機能,並能克服軟弱地層之潛盾隧道施工法。 潛盾隧道施工首重,即在於如何運用開挖技術維持開挖面穩定與開挖後支撐之穩定,二者關係密切。使開挖時地盤,受最少之擾動影響,以確保開挖面得以穩定;並藉由背填灌漿,減少開挖後之後續沉陷影響,另異形環片之運用,對線形控制亦非常重要。 本研究針對潛盾隧道施工時,定義人為產生過失之施工作業項目與原因,而後根據合約規範與一般工程慣例,並參考專家訪談結果,製定注意事項與改進對策,藉由建立日後類似狀況發生時,參酌之依據。 As the rate of urbanization remains steady, the scarcity of urban land puts underground tunneling one of the main focuses in modern construction technologies. Among them, shield tunneling stands at the central position, due to its many advantages. The perfection of shield tunneling would require minimizing the disturbance to surrounding soil while cutting and bracing the cut face. Also to avoid extensive consolidation or settlement off the ground, grouting is of particular importance. Finally, the control of precision depends on carefully adjusting prefabricated bracing members in a three-dimensional manner. In non-linear advancements, such alignments cannot be done without extensive practical know-how and experience. The merit of this work is a compilation of all possible negligent acts or misconducts in performing shield tunneling construction. Problems which are related to mechanical systems, such as instrumentation or machinery, are derived into operative or maintenance requirements of the operators. Empirical data are obtained concerning various fine-tuning or adjustment details, traditionally thought of as triviality unsuitable for or uncontrollable by men. In all, massive attention is paid to various aspects of shield tunneling construction activities, so that as many managerial details as possible are incorporated in this work for uncovering their technicalities. This work not only summarizes negligent acts or misconducts upon shield tunneling construction activities, but also compiles possible means to resolve them, in terms of quick solutions or ways of preventing them from happening again. It also tries to cite the reference of standards, regulations and specifications for the respective activity whenever possible. In all, the contribution of this work is a useful manual on which engineers can heavily rely in each step of executing shield-tunneling work.
