    Abstract: 國內公路鋪面大多以瀝青混凝土(柔性路面)鋪築,以行車較平坦及平穩、噪音低及施工維護較容易之優點。反之,在高溫炎熱及多雨地區,或在爬坡車道上受到載重車輾壓後,則容易產生車轍、變形及表面粒料剝脫、冒油等現象,故約3~5年間就必須編列預算進行路面維修工作。 剛性鋪面具有較高之穩定性,不易變形,可承受較高之車輛載重,使用壽命及維修少等優點,唯剛性路面施工控制及平坦度上較難,又國內使用經驗上亦顯不足,維修上工法之技術起步較晚,故應積極強化剛性鋪面鋪築及維修技術的提昇。 近年來歐洲、美國及亞洲等鄰國的剛性鋪面維護上都有很大的突破,在鋪面破損上進行整修工程都引進所謂的「快速工法」,以節省在施工中對交通管制上不必要的社會成本,也節省工期,進而節省往後維修營運成本。鋪面工程是公路建設中舉足輕重之地位,其鋪築品質之良窳,直接關係到用路人之使用感受,國內對剛性路面的維修新工法、新材料之採用,仍有相當寬廣的空間,希望本論文展望未來,對「快凝混凝土」於剛性鋪面之維修技術與服務績效水準的提昇有所相當的助益,並共創美好之遠景。 In our country, most of the roadways were manufactured by Flexible Pavement(Asphalt Concrete),and these roadways usually have many merits, such as: smooth movement of vehicles, low noise, simple maintenance, and etc. However, in some areas, which have high temperature and heavy rain or which frequently passed through by heavy duty track, these roadways are easy to result some effects, such as: Rutting, out of shape, Surface Aggregate strip, Bleeding, and etc. So, government must prepare budget to maintain these roadways once during three or five years. On the contrary, the roadways, which were manufactured by Concrete Pavement, have other advantages, such as: high stability, not easy to change shape, long lifespan, less maintenance and etc. Nevertheless, it has great efforts to control their construction and roughness on the roadways of Concrete Pavement. Besides, there are less experiences in their exercise and technology of maintain technology in our country. Therefore, it should be more active to improve technology about the maintenance of strengthen Concrete Pavement. In recent years, many countries, like U.S. and some nations in Europe or ASIA, have made a breakthrough about maintenance of Concrete Pavement. They guide the way of fast technology into the whole maintenance project of Pavement fracture. This way can save more time and social cost of traffic control in the process of construction, and then economize the working cost of maintenance further. Furthermore, the Pavement Engineering plays a decisive role on constructions of roadway. It’s construction quality can directly effect the customer’s feeling. And, there still have many great efforts to become mature for Concrete Pavement in our country, such as: the maintenance of new technology, the using of new material, and etc. Hopefully, this essay would make some assistances to improve performance and technology of maintenance in 「quick coagulate Concrete」to Concrete Pavement.
