    Abstract: 國道三號道路(北二高),自民國八十二起部份路段開放通車,八十二年八月全線通車後,有效抒解中山高速公路飽和之車流量,北二高設計初期有鑑於中山高速公路通車多年後之經驗,交通量急遽的成長及重車交通量比率偏高,超載的情況嚴重,以致部份路段路面開始顯現疲乏損壞及車轍變形等現象。剛性路面具有較穩定性,路面不易變形,可承受重超載,使用壽命長及維修頻率較少等優點,因此於北二高興建時,特於大溪至龍潭段(63K+935?73K+185)、汐止至中和段隧道群中之鋪面採用混凝土(剛性路面)鋪築,另在二中、南部二高路段如隧道內、爬坡車道、出口匝道、下坡路段及收費站前後、服務區重型車停車場等特殊路段也均採此設計。 北二高汐止至中和段隧道群在通車多年後,陸續有民眾反映隧道群剛性路面易發生交通事故,故管理機關(國道高速公路局)有鑑於反映之聲浪及陳情要求改善鋪面行車安全之函件日益增加,因而於民國九十年選擇隧道群中之福德隧道、中和隧道、安坑隧道等三座隧道,於其原有之剛性鋪面上加鋪2㎝之改質開放級配加纖維之瀝青混凝土,經使用一段時日後,用路人及公警單位等反映試鋪成效良好,且對行車安全有明顯之提升,有效降低交通事故之發生。 本研究的目的乃是經由研究、分析、比較、問卷調查、統計及其他科學儀器等方法之檢測,擬定一適當又安全之隧道鋪面材料,使養護單位得以最佳的養護策略施行,並在有限的養護經費下獲得最佳的鋪面服務水準,同時減少交通事故發生,以維用路人生命財產之安全。 The Second Highway completed in 1993, the Highway network provide more service. The Second Highway’s design stand on Chung Shan Highway’s experience, base on traffic volume and heavy truck raising by year, so part of pavement appear fatigue distress and rutting. The rigid pavement have some advantage like more stability, low deformation, more service year etc. So the sections that Da Xi to Long Tan and Xi Xhi to Zhong He use rigid pavement, and Medium and South Highway’s tunnel, climbing road, declining section, toll station and heavy truck parking lots in service station all use rigid pavement. The section that Xi Xhi to Zhong He begin service in years, many people query that rigid pavement in tunnel occur traffic accident frequency. So The National Freeway Bureau depend on people’s recommend to select Fud-Tunnel, Jhonghe-Tunnel and Ankeng-Tunnel overlaying 2 cm modified Open Grade Asphalt concrete. The road user and police agency have nice respondence with this method. It raise driving safe and decrease traffic accident. This study use research, analysis, comparing and other instrument detection to select a suitable material in tunnel pavement. Let management agency have optimum pavement service level in budget limit.
