    Abstract: 台灣地區土地地狹人稠,山坡地範圍約占臺灣總面積的三分之二,因應產業擴充迅速,山坡地土地取得更形重要,目前評估山坡地開發工程建造成本,仍以實務經驗法則為依據,常因個人主觀意識差異造成山坡地不當開發或閒置荒廢,因此發展出一客觀且有效簡便的評估模式為當前最重要的課題。 本研究探討山坡地開發工程最佳化,以建物平台整地土方工程、擋土工程、排水工程及道路工程為建造成本目標函數,以現行法規及山坡地工程設計原則為限制條件,發展出一合理可行之最佳化模式,並運用LINGO數學規劃軟體求得最佳解,實證於不同自然環境下,山坡地工程最小建造成本。再透過範例測試及敏感度分析,以印證本研究模式實際運用之合適性。本模式在實際執行中,可依自然條件之改變或因參數變更,能快速調整參數,重新執行最佳化作業。本模式經範例測試驗證後成效良好,應可提供一業界估算山坡地工程開發成本模式。 The population is highly gathered in restricted flat fields of Taiwan. However the total area of hillside makes up two-thirds of Taiwan, where industry were tremendously increased these years, it is inevitable to exploit fields of hillside. Nowadays using engineering experiences to evaluate construction expense in the development of hillside is widespread employment which usually makes the field of hillside neither exploited improperly nor unused. Therefore it is a primary issue to develop an effective model of construction expense in the development of hillside. The purpose of this research is to explore optimal development engineering in the development of hillside. It develops a feasible optimal model under the objective functions of the lowest construction expense, leveling of ground works, retaining-wall works, drainage works and road works, which is constricted by present domestic regulations and rules of planning works in the development of hillside. Further the “LINGO” was used to obtain near optimum solutions, which can clarify the lowest construction expense under the different conditions of environment. In addition, it was well proved through the demonstration tests and sensitivity analysis to study the feasibility of this model. Applying this model in implementation could be adjusted parameters easily under different conditions and re-performed optimal operations. The model could promptly adjust accordingly to evaluate the projects. This research has been certified accurately and efficiently, that provide a fine estimation method of engineering works certainly in the development of hillside.
