    Abstract: 為減低空氣污染、擾人噪音、美化環境、生態景觀及提倡休閑遊憩活動,各主管機關及縣市政府都以增闢公園綠地為重要之建設政策,以提高民眾生活之品質。而公園綠地一般為景觀與生態之考量,多有相當比例之草坪,提供民眾休憩活動之空間。大面積之草坪,並需予經常性之割剪維護,一般皆委由維護廠商或自備機具雇工處理,惟現實環境有關割草機具人員之調配工作多由老闆或領班憑經驗安排,缺乏以科學的方法作一系統性之分析、比較與評估,常造成無效率及資源之浪費情形,實有值得探討之需要。 本研究適用於大面積、數量多處且各自獨立園區之公園綠地,並試以台北縣河濱公園為例,以整數線性規劃為架構,發展一套數學最佳化模式,透過可事先得知各割草區域之適用機具範圍面積、機具之工率、成本及資源,以LINGO套裝軟體求解最小之成本與機具指派。本模式並可依現場環境之變化與特性,配合相關參數與限制式之修改,作為有關資源調派與排程之參考。 In order to decrease air pollution and disturbing noise, beautify the environment, ecological landscape and promote recreational activities, each government institutions and county government agencies set up new parks and green land as their significant developments policy to raise the living quality of people. In consideration of landscape and ecosystem, the park has generally been designed with green lawn in a larger proportion, providing space for the general public taking rest or doing activities. Lawn with a big area requires constant cares and trimming, whose jobs are normally handled by assigned maintaining agencies or employed workers. However, the assignment job of mowers and workers can be trivial so mostly owners or foremen arrange such jobs according to their experiences rather than scientific methods and systematic analysis for making comparison and assessment. It ends up causing inefficiency and waste of resources that truly requires exploration and study. This research is applicable to the green land in a big area, or independent park with a large quantity of green land. Take the River Side Park in Taipei County as an example, integral lineal planning can be used as structure to develop a set of mathematic optimum mode. Through mower tools designed for suitably area of the lawn, tool working efficiency, cost and resources, LINGO package software can be applied to seek its minimum cost of the tool assignment. This mode can work together with the amendment of related parameters and limit formula according to the environmental change and its features at the site to serve as reference for related resource assignment and scheduling.
