Abstract:	正確純熟的裝修工程介面處理乃提昇現今建築工程施工品質、降低施工成本、促進銷售業績及創造工程利潤之最佳途徑。現今在消費者意識抬頭情形下，完善且細緻的建物規劃與施工乃為刺激客戶購屋慾望最有效的利器。本研究以”高品質集合住宅裝修工程施工介面處理”為主題，針對集合住宅裝修工程施工介面相關之按裝工法、成本分析、介面處理原則、可行性替代方案之評估及案例介紹等做綜合性的探討，以期能提昇國內集合住宅的品質。本研究之主要內容與成果包括： 1. 石材相關按裝工法的介紹與研究。 2. 裝修工程施工介面之處理及控制方法。 3. 替代工法之可行性評估與成本分析。施工之品質與成本並非截然成正比之關係，普通的建材若能精心的規劃施工，亦能突顯建物與眾不凡的氣質。本研究內容之”介面處理 ”模式已經過銷售市場的驗證，深獲客戶同業的好評，也為公司建立信譽及獲取相當的利潤，各位同業先進敬請惠予指教，為台灣的營建業共同奮鬥。 In order to successfully achieve the followings： To improve the quality of modern architectural construction; to effectively reduce the cost of construction; to promote the commercial value of housing projects; and to make profits from the construction project, the most effective measure is to manage the architectural project under correct and skillful interface management system. An effective planning & construction is the best policy to increase customer’s intension to purchase the units which satisfy their demands. This paper under the topic of “ Treatment of Construction Interface for High Quality Community Buildings”, has contributed in detailing of construction interface issues, including：installation process, cost breakdown and its basic principle, and case study accompanied with the alternative evaluation , so as to effectively promote the quality level of local architectural projects here in Taiwan. The major scope & conclusion of this paper include: (1) Intruction & research about granite installation work. (2) Control process regarding interface within architectural works. (3) Evaluation of alternatives, and it’s cost breakdown. It’s not certainly proportional between the quality & its cost. Excellent appearance of an architectural building can be achieved even by application of common and general materials, whilst they are controlled under an effective interface management system. The model of interface coordination under the discussion & research of this paper has been proven to be correct & effective by actual marketing mechanism, and it’s been highly recognized by various customers’ feedback. By the way, the author concludes that the outcome from this paper contributes to the improvement of profits for the company. Any comments on the points setting herein to improve this paper will be highly appreciated.
