    摘要: 建築外牆使用GPC、TPC 預貼花崗石、磁磚預鑄帷幕牆,是提 升建築工程品質及降低施工成本的最佳途徑。本研究以“高品質建築 外牆GPC、TPC 施工介面管理及工法效益之研究”為主題針對GPC、 TPC 之生產、吊裝精度及相關裝修施工介面管理,及價值工程對建築 外牆之成本項目分析之可行性替代方案評估做案例綜合性的探討,以 期能提高國內GPC、TPC 的品質。 本研究是針對建築外牆GPC、TPC 為主題,主要探討內容與成 果包括:版片的生產、吊裝的管理、裝修工程、施工介面管理及替代 工法之可行性評估與成本項目效益分析,並分別對GPC、TPC 八大 項目及裝修成本項目效益分析,達到有效的利用各項資源為目的,提 昇GPC、TPC 之施工效率,期能推動本工法有所助益,使建築外牆 能完美的呈現高品質、低成本的物超所值的感覺,使業主得到最好的 效益,使好的工法得以推展。 The best way to enhance the quality of the building construction while maintaining cost effectiveness is the utilization of granite clad and tile faced precast concrete panels. This study will focus on precast concrete panels as high quality building façade materials, the management of its construction interface and the advantage of its technology. With the emphasis on the manufacturing process, the accuracy of assembly, finishing interface, and the value engineering aspect of the cost analysis of façade design alternatives, the goal of this comprehensive study is to improve the level of current GPC and TPC standard. The major issues of this study shall include the following: the production of the panels, the management of the assembly procedure, finishing construction, installation interface, the feasibility of the alternative technology and the assessment of the cost factors. The 8 categories of the precast concrete panels and finishing cost analysis will be reviewed, while aiming at the integration of all relevant resources. With the improved efficiency of the GPC and TPC technology, the building façade shall acquire higher quality while the construction stays cost effective. When the clients are rewarded with the best building performance, the technology will also be further improved.
