    Abstract: 「瀝青混凝土」鋪面材料,是台灣地區目前道路使用最為普遍的一種路面材料,其施工品質的好壞,往往影響路面的使用壽命,尤其是在台灣這個高溫多雨的環境下,施工品質的不良,造成路面的破壞更為嚴重。除了影響行車舒適度外,對行車安全更是一大威脅。 本研究將以雪山隧道內瀝青混凝土的鋪設案例。就路面施工所需注意的事項如:施工規劃、試鋪及工作拌合公式的調整等相關問題,做進一步的探討。並將瀝青混凝土施工後的檢驗結果,如:鋪設厚度、壓實度、平坦度及抗滑性等,做成記錄及平均值檢定,從中瞭解其相關性。 研究結果顯示,在良好的施工規劃及管理下,可使路面平整度IRI值控制在1.37m/Km及1.47m/Km,瀝青混凝土壓實度集中在97%?99%間。所以要使瀝青混凝土施工符合規範要求,並且達到一定水準以上時,施工規劃的完善與施工要領的掌握,有其決對的必要性。 建議在後續的瀝青混凝土施工時,不要因為趕工而犧牲掉瀝青混凝土應有的施工期限,進而影響到施工時該注意的事項及細節,使承包商能充分的準備及施工,將路面的品質給於完全的提升。 In Taiwan, Asphalt Concrete is the most widely using material for Pavement Engineering, Quality of Pavement Construction is the most essential part in order to increasing the life span of Asphalt Pavement Concrete. Because of the weather condition of Taiwan, badly construction quality of pavement will be effecting to seriously damage of pavement, includes effecting to comfortable of driving. Through to the Asphalt Concrete Paving construction of Taiwan' Syueshan Tunnel, the study will analysis about the quality construction effecting to pavement condition. In order to have a better construction quality, few criteria for satisfactory paving construction included: Construction Planning, testing of paving and adjusting to the job mix formula(JMF) of Asphalt Hot Mix. After construction finished, inspection of job site condition of pavement through several testing should be done, the testing are includes: testing for Thickness of Height of Compacted Bituminous Paving Mixtures, testing for Determining Degree of Pavement Compaction Aggregate Mixtures, testing for International Roughness Index (IRI) of Pavement and testing for Measuring Surface Frictional Properties of Pavement. From the testing data, having a good Construction Planning and Management, we could enable had a better International Roughness Index (IRI) result (approximately at 1.37m/km~1.47m/km), Degree of Pavement Compaction Aggregate Mixtures is approximately at 97%~99%. In order to satisfied Standard required, we should have a perfectly Construction Planning and Management. For the future, suggest that in order to improving the quality of pavement, we should not be sacrifice the time limit of construction in order to earlier finish the project.
