    Abstract: 摘 要 所謂高科技廠房,在國內若干專家學者概述為廠房中,所生產的產品其高科技術含量較高或製程需用較多高科技專業知識或專業技術而製造程中,需要較多高科技技術或設備且周邊環境的控制條件亦較高。建廠工程工期如未達到適當進度,會影響後續機械按裝時程,更會影響整體建廠的完成,造成公司產品、生產延後,使得公司的客戶及訂單流失,減少公司利潤,所以整體建廠時程要掌控好,由其是高科技廠房講究時間就是金錢。所以需要一套建廠趕工模式來幫助建廠。 因此趕工是高科技廠房建廠實務中,常遭遇到的情況,而不得不施行;本文則以一無塵室工程為例,因無塵室工程為高科技廠房核心,工程不能有所延遲完成。在工程期限的要求下,採用線性規劃的數學方法,建構一數理模式,並透過Lindo決策 軟體來加以求解,為測試模式效果 ,我們進行範例測試 ,結果可得本研究較CPM 方法為優。提出符合工期限制並負擔最低成本的趕工策略;從而由實務之蒐集、整理。模式建構及決策軟體之運用求解,確實地將與理論整合,提供一套符合工程需求且具體有效之策略程序。 Abstract What is called“High technology manufactory”, stated by our domestic professionals is when manufacture products , we need more high technical knowledge and more restricted control for surrounding environment.If the schedule does not meet during construction, it will delay the further machinery install and whole project, also, it will postpone the product manufacture and lead to lose customer and order eventually. Therefore, to well control the schedule is very critical . So that it need to formulate one model to pursue engineering to assist manufactory construction. To work overtime to catch up with the schedule is very common in this field. This research makes non-dust factory engineering as an example. It is the kernel engineering in the high technology manufactory. The schedule control is very important. During the limitaion of working period, to use math. linear method to construct a computation model and via Lindo decision .We want to get the effects of the model in this research that need to proceed an example of test, the result of model is more excellent than CPM in finally. applying to proper software tool to calculate an optimum project working days and cost for the best policy of catching up. Besides, in practical, to search and collect relatedmaterials, to use construction model, to apply into decision making tools then, integrate with the theory to apply a effective and best strategic procedure to fulfill the engineering requirement.
