    摘要: 本研究主要是將惰性材料應用於水泥混凝土中,而惰性材料其定義是不具有任何膠結性及卜作嵐反應之礦物。本次應用之惰性材料是將大陸(閩江)砂研磨成粉狀(4500㎝2/g)簡稱為研磨細砂,後依比例添加於水泥混凝土中,分別取代水泥細粒料同時取代水泥與細粒料,拌製為W/B(0.48、0.58、0.68)之混凝土,以進行水泥混凝土之新拌性質、硬固性質、耐久性質及微觀性質等試驗,以瞭解研磨細砂對水泥混凝土性質之影響。 研究結果顯示,在微觀下其晶體多為不規則的棱體,在摻入水泥混凝土後可有效改善細粒料的顆粒級配分布,以改善普通水泥混凝土工作性及保水性不佳之現象。而在微觀試驗中顯示,將細粒料細化後在水泥混凝土中具有顆粒填充效應及活化其化性成分SiO2,在其加入後產生些許卜作嵐反應而逐漸消耗氫氧化鈣,在所填充的孔隙中使水化生成物更能充份包覆研磨細砂晶體,使之產生結構更緻密的C-S-H 膠體。以印證磨細砂在適量添加後可使水泥混凝土新拌性質、強度及耐久性增加之正面效果。 The purpose of this research is using inertia material on concrete, however the definition of inertia material is cemented and pozzolanic material substance. In this research the inertia material comes from China mainland (Min Jiang) and then grind it until the Finest Modulus is 4500cm2/g, we call this material as grinded sand. With the calculated ratio we add it into concrete, this material can replace the fine cement, cement and fine material. The concrete is using the water ratio W/B (0.4, 0.58, 0.68). From this research it can carry out new character, stiffness, durability, appearance of the concrete and also we can find out the effect of grinded sand on the concrete. The result of this research: from the appearance we can find out a lot of random crystal. After mix it in concrete, it can improve the ratio of fine material, workability and water saturation. From the test we can observe, after the chemical reaction the fine material particle will increase and after the activication it become SiO2, The result after adding this substance is pozzolanic effect and CaOH will gradually disappear. On the chemical reaction, the gap in the body will be replace by crystal from grinded sand and the result is we will get the rigid C-S-H cemented body. To prove the advance of using grinded sand, we can compare it's strength and durability with the normal concrete, then we will get positive result.
