本研究希望藉由探討高科技廠房無塵室對營建工程之特殊需求，給從事營建工程之專業工程人員，於從事高科技廠房興建時對營建工程如何滿足無塵室需求有一清楚的概念。並讓從事營建工程之專業人員對營建工程在高科技廠房興建中，為能圓滿達成任務所應扮演的角色，在觀念上能做不同於傳統廠房建築的轉變，以藉此提升營建業在社會中之整體地位。尤其是在高科技產業已經是台灣經濟主流的此時，本研究有助於營建業在高科技廠房擴建專案裡與無塵室包在觀念上獲得最佳協調，以有別於傳統營建業給於社會一般人之觀念，為營建業找出改革之路。使營建業可以永續經營及成為受人尊敬的行業。 本研究採德爾菲法（Delphi Method）研究方法及李克特量表（Likert scale）之問卷，以專家深入訪談與「問卷調查」方式。將本研究主題以「工程全生命週期」為主軸，並注入了價值工程（VE）概念。透過不同職務立場之多次專家問卷回收，並以SPSS統計軟體整理分析，歸納出高科技廠房無塵室之營建工程特殊需求結論。並從所獲的結論中給營建工程專業人員於興建高科技廠房時應有的觀念與建議。 This study investigates on the particular requirements for constructing a cleanroom of high-tech fab, with the intention to provide construction engineers a comprehensive knowledge on how to meet these requirements during the construction process. To successfully carry out this particular type of construction, construction engineers’ mindsets must breakout from the concept of traditional factory plant construction by adapting to a different concept; thus this challenging transition should further enhance the significant role of construction industry that has been acknowledged by the society. Moreover, with the benefit of high-tech industry as the mainstream in today’s Taiwan economy, this study will assist the construction industry and cleanroom vendor in achieving a maximum project collaboration, elevating the construction industry figure in the view of general public, as well as leading reform to foster a sustainable and respectable profession. In this study, Delphi Method and Likert Scale were applied through in-depth interviews with professional experts and organized questionnaires, and using "project life cycle" in conjunction with Value Engineering (VE) concept as the focal theme. After a series of survey among professional experts, who each speaks from different perspectives reflecting their individual roles of duty, gathered data were analyzed though the SPSS statistical software. The outcome therefore summarizes the particular requirements for high-tech fab clean room construction, along with results to provide concepts and suggestions to the professional construction engineers when dealing high-tech fab projects.
