    Abstract: 為了提昇國際間的競爭力,政府規劃「愛臺12項建設」,預定8年投資新台幣3兆9,900億元,平均每年投資金額將近新台幣5,000億元,相較於近二年每年政府的工程採購金額約3,700億元,可預見未來營建產業持續蓬勃發展;另一方面,營建業每年產生了大約3,000萬立方公尺的營建剩餘土石方及營建混合物,這些剩餘土石方及營建混合物有七成以上係可重複使用或再生利用的資源,如果能充分加以回收利用,則不但每年可創造約2,000多萬立方公尺的再生骨材,足以替代超過30%的天然(原生)砂石消耗量,同時也可大大減輕對環境造成二次污染的負荷。 為了因應營建資源作為再生材料,營建資源再生材料回收再利用處理場所扮演非常重要角色,回收再利用處理場所主要為土資場及砂石碎解洗選場,目前桃園縣政府簡化砂石碎解洗選場作為營建工程剩餘土石方之合法收容場所的申請設置作業,其目的為促進營建資源之回收再利用,同時替代天然(原生)砂石消耗。 本研究即藉由砂石碎解洗選場作為營建工程剩餘土石方合法收容場所加速簡化設置之分析及探討,以有效提昇剩餘土石方再利用效能。 In order to compete internationally, Taiwan government has invested approximately 4 trillion dollars in 12 construction projects that is to be completed in 8 years. The government has annually increased $130 billion construction budgets hoping to flourish the construction market in the foreseeable future. In 2009 the demand of gravel is 5940 million cubic meters, estimated by the Bureau of Mine. The building industry produces approximately 3000 million cubic meters of the construction remains soil and construction waste. 70% of these remains are renewable resources and if reused properly, this could create 2000 million cubic meters of green construction materials, replacing 30% of the natural gravel consumptions which could greatly reduce the pollution to the environment. Thus in order to keep this recycling cycle going, the renewable resources and the recoiled resources manufactory play an important role in facilitating the process. recoiled resources manufactory Is mainly gravel grinding plant,Because of simplification gravel grinding plant as construction remains soil earth resource sites,May promote construction resources of the supply mixes the use and recoiled resources,Also coordinates construction remains soil Information. The adjustment project delivers with needs the earth fill. This research namely by because of simplification gravel grinding plant as construction remains soil earth resource sites and realization construction remains soil processing and recoiled resources,Effective promotion construction remains soil recoiled resources potency.
