    Abstract: 本論文以發光二極體(Light Emitting Diodes, LED)作為車輛頭燈之設計光源,採用多重區塊式複合曲面的反射鏡面方式設計一反射式頭燈單元反射罩,可配合會聚功能之變形透鏡構成一高能量使用效率的單元頭燈系統。透過六個上述單元頭燈系統排列不同位置與方向在目標屏幕上疊加其光型以符合需求。首先於光機模擬軟體中建立基本光學模型,每單元頭燈系統中包含一個燈源、一個多重區塊複合之反射曲面,單元頭燈系統開口尺寸分別控制於寬度60公厘,高度60公厘以內,光源藉由各自獨立之多重區塊複合曲面內不同的區塊分割與配合而調整於目標屏幕所對應產生之光型,其後分別將數個單元反射罩產生之光型與能量疊加,用以符合歐洲經濟委員會(Economic Commission for Europe, ECE) R112法規之非對稱光型頭燈規範,成功地設計出一個達到歐規近燈頭燈法規之反射式發光二極體光源之近燈頭燈,最後並模擬分析單元頭燈系統與發光二極體光源裝置之位置偏差容忍度與對應結果,以利實際應用。 In this paper, we provide a vehicle headlamp using Light Emitting Diodes for sources. And we design a multi-reflectors including several reflectors with different focal length and curvature for a reflective unit lamp. There’re six units lamps whose height and breadth are both within 60mm in a vehicle headlamp system in the designs. We still can put lens on the headlamps for higher efficiency of power used. Every unit lamp comprises a multi-reflectors and a LED light source and it can bring the objective lighting pattern on the measuring screen at 25m distance. We arrange and adjust the six unit lamps in different positions and directions for the final lighting pattern to conform with the law of passing beam headlamps of Economic Commission for Europe Regulation 112, Finally we simulate the pattern of departure of the LED sources and concern with the tolerance of the headlamp system.
