    Abstract: 由於PCB板影像對位在PCB製程上非常重要,因此圖形辨識演算法也成為不可忽略的一環。不過各種圖形辨識演算法的結果卻無法互相比較,也因此優缺點沒辦法直接分辨出來。因此本文目標是開發一個具有參數的PCB曝光對位模擬影像及演算法測試平台。有了PCB曝光對位影像模擬器、將能夠模擬PCB板對位影像,由於其具有參數、因此可以讓各種演算法能夠進行比較。而演算法測試平台則是整合了影像處理、與誤差分析的過程,只要將演算法掛入此平台,便可以讀取由PCB影像模擬器產生的圖群、並進行辨識,在將辨識結果與PCB影像模擬器產生的圖群參數管理檔做比對,找出在各種雜訊下演算法的效能表現。 The main purpose of this thesis is to develop an image recongnition test platform. Error test of the image recongnition algorithm must pass through the image processing , algorithm operation and error analysis. Procedure of thiese operation are very complex and easy to cause mistake. Thus , we want to develop the platform for analize the algorithm performance.
