本研究設計一套完整的獨立電源系統，包含電壓轉換模組、電池包模組、充電模組、電源管理模組等，使用電量密度（電量/重量、電量/體積）較高的鋰電池做為儲能以及供電來源，以供探空八號回收艙任務之使用。 並且為了測試電源系統的性能，設計了一套電源系統量測平台，可量測電壓轉換模組的效能、充電模組的效能、電池效能、以及整體電源系統耗能等。是一個專為小型獨立電源系統設計的測試及量測平台。 One of the purpose of this thesis is to develop a independent power system of the recovery device for Sounding Rocket number 8 mission of NSPO. This power system comprises several DC to DC converters, battery package, battery charger, power management module. Using Li-ion battery which has higher electrical capacitance to weight ratio, higher electrical capacitance to volume ratio, and recharge ability, as the electrical power storage device, and a power source of the recovery device. Another purpose of this thesis is to develop a measurement platform which is used for measuring small and independent power system. This platform can measure efficiency of the DC to DC converter and battery charger, performance of the Li-ion battery, and consumption of whole recovery device under different environments.
