Abstract:	本研究以反應器壓力槽材料SA533 B1鋼材為探討對象，進行等振幅與變動振幅負荷下之高週疲勞試驗，求取在不同應力水準、不同平均應力下之疲勞壽限，並與理論預測結果作比較，探討疲勞壽限評估模式之適用性與準確性。等振幅疲勞實驗結果顯示，經由High Diagram的預測，可知SA533B1鋼材適合用Gerber的方程式來描述平均應力的影響。另外，從變動振幅疲勞之實驗值與理論預測值對照圖，可明確知道應力壽命法中的Gerber法的壽命預測較其他方法準確，故適用於預測SA533 B1鋼材之疲勞壽命。
