    Abstract: 近年來,磁浮平台已廣泛使用於工業界。本篇論文針對磁浮平台對週期干擾的抑制( Rejection of Periodic Disturbance )作討論。論文中引用一適應性控制器( Adaptive Feedforward Controller )來抑制週期干擾,此方法可加諸於磁浮平台並不改變原磁浮系統之特性。根據即時的調整干擾的振幅與相位兩個參數,此控制器可產生一大小相等、方向相反的抑制訊號給系統,並達到抑制干擾的目的。由模擬的結果可知,此適應性控制器可有效抑制干擾;實作的結果亦證明此方法的可行性。 Magnetic levitation tables are recently applied to industrial applications. In this thesis, rejection of periodic disturbance of the magnetic levitation table is concerned. An adaptive feedforward controller design method based on the steepest gradient descent method is applied to reject the periodic disturbance. The method can be applied to magnetic levitation table without altering the characteristics. According to the on-line adaptation of the magnitude and the phase of the periodic disturbance, the controller cancels the disturbance by adding a canceling signal having identical magnitude and opposite phase to the plant. From the simulation results, the effectiveness of the method is demonstrated. Experimental results verify the analysis.
